Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StreamTB. By creating an account or uploading a video you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details when registering and verify your email before signing in. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use StreamTB.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading, you grant StreamTB a limited licence to store, transcode, and deliver your video solely so we can provide the service to you and the people you share your link with.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including any music, footage, or likenesses it contains.

3. Acceptable use

You may not upload or share material that:

We may suspend or remove content and disable accounts that breach these rules, and may do so without notice where the breach is serious.

4. Private links

Videos are unlisted by default: they are not indexed, browsable, or searchable. Anyone who has the link can watch the video, so treat your links as you would a password. Sharing a link forwards access to whoever receives it.

Unlisted is not the same as encrypted. Do not use StreamTB to store material whose disclosure would cause serious harm.

5. Storage, limits and availability

Uploads are capped at 10 GB per file, with a daily upload limit per account. We may adjust limits, and may remove content from accounts that have been inactive or disabled for an extended period.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we recommend keeping your own master copy of anything you upload.

6. Premium and payments

Paid plans unlock higher quality streaming and downloads. Plans renew for the period you select until cancelled. Because plans are billed in advance, cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period, except where local law requires otherwise.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are legally required to remove. On termination your videos stop being served and are scheduled for deletion.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above; continuing to use StreamTB after a change means you accept the revised terms.
